What's an IMEI, and where do I find it?
Your IMEI is the 15-digit serial number that identifies your phone. We use it to confirm your phone will work on our network before you pay.
There are two ways to find it:
- Open your phone's keypad and dial *#06#. Your IMEI appears on screen straight away.
- Or open Settings, then About phone, and look for IMEI.
If your phone shows two IMEI numbers, enter the first one.
